Making Reservations – For complete travel needs, including airline, hotel, car rental, train and ground transportation, all travelers may call, e-mail or fax information and requests to our reservation center. Travelers will be given both a local and toll-free number with direct access to the dedicated agent team.
Quality Control – All reservations will go through extensive manual and automated quality control checks for lowest fares and data accuracy. Pre-trip travel notification and/or authorization will be provided to each traveler prior to the issuance of a ticket.
Team Approach – A team of agents will be assigned and dedicated specifically to your company.
Hours of Operation – Regular business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Monday-Friday
After Hours/Emergencies - Travelers will use one toll-free number to reach our 24-hour, 7 day a week after hours and emergency service.
