Making Reservations For complete travel needs, including airline, hotel, car rental, train and ground transportation, all travelers may call, e-mail or fax information and requests to our reservation center.  Travelers will be given both a local and toll-free number with direct access to the dedicated agent team.


Quality Control All reservations will go through extensive manual and automated quality control checks for lowest fares and data accuracy.  Pre-trip travel notification and/or authorization will be provided to each traveler prior to the issuance of a ticket.


Team Approach A team of agents will be assigned and dedicated specifically to your company.


Hours of Operation Regular business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday


After Hours/Emergencies - Travelers will use one toll-free number to reach our 24-hour, 7 day a week after hours and emergency service.

SPECIALIZED INTERNATIONAL FARES - UC Travel has special negotiated agreements with several international air carriers, which include discounts and complimentary one-class upgrades.  Schedules may be customized to each travelers needs and time constraints, airline preference and routing.
